Your Customer Service Representative will email you an order acknowledgement letting you know that we have received your order. Your blank apparel will be counted the day we receive it and we will send you an email letting you know if it matches the packing slip for color, style, and quantity by size. This way there are no surprises when we start production on your order.
When your order ships you will receive an email letting you know that it shipped and if there was any spoilage. The shipment notification will list tracking numbers so that you can track your order delivery to your customer.
